I trained under culinary icon Gualtiero Marchesi in Milan, refined my craft in Florence at Villa San Michele, and spent years sailing the world as Chef de Cuisine on Silversea Cruises, delivering haute cuisine at sea.

After leading fine dining teams in Switzerland’s top hotels, I found my home in Basel, where I now bring my experience to a more intimate table — yours.
